3. CONTRACT PROVISIONS

THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS NOT APPROVED BY ANY JURISDICTION THAT DOES NOT ALLOW THE APPLICATION OF ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
